About TGF

A freight forwarder built around helping shippers decide, not just ship.

What TGF does

Thai Global Freight (TGF) works with importers and exporters in Thailand to plan and manage international freight — by sea, air, and cross-border road transport. That includes route and mode selection, FCL/LCL decisions, customs clearance coordination, and door-to-door delivery, backed by the documentation and cost information shippers need to make a decision.

How we work

Every shipment starts with the shipper's goal — cost, transit time, reliability, or a combination of the three — and TGF lays out the options against that goal instead of pushing a single route. Our site's tools (CBM and chargeable-weight calculators, FCL vs LCL comparisons, an Incoterms selector) exist so shippers can check the numbers themselves before requesting a quote, and our team is available to walk through the documentation and customs requirements for a specific shipment once a route is chosen.

How We Work

How a shipment moves through TGF

Five-step process from inquiry and cargo details through mode recommendation, booking and documentation, shipment execution and tracking, to delivery and post-shipment support.
  1. 1

    Inquiry & cargo details

Shipper provides cargo type, weight/volume, origin, destination, and timeline.

  2. 2

    Mode & route recommendation

TGF recommends sea, air, or road based on cargo characteristics, budget, and urgency.

  3. 3

    Booking & documentation

Space is booked with the chosen carrier and shipping documents are prepared and checked.

  4. 4

    Shipment execution & tracking

Cargo moves through pickup, main transport, and customs, with status updates along the way.

  5. 5

    Delivery & post-shipment support

Cargo is delivered and any post-shipment issues (documentation, claims) are followed up.

How we approach the work

Transparent by default

Costs, transit-time ranges, and document requirements are explained up front, not revealed after a shipment is already booked.

Decision support, not just booking

The tools and guides on this site are built to help a shipper compare options, not only to collect a booking.

Bilingual by necessity

Thai and international shippers work with different document conventions and terminology — TGF communicates in both Thai and English so nothing is lost between the two.
